Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Uzm. Nöropsikolog Zuhal Savaş, as data controller, processes the personal data you submit through the contact form on zuhalsavas.com, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data we process

When you submit the form we process your first name, last name, phone number, email address (optional), the topic you want information about, your session preference and the free-text message you write. For security, the time of submission and your IP address are also recorded.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to evaluate your appointment request and to contact you, on the basis that processing is necessary for entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and for the legitimate interests of the controller (Art. 5/2-f). Any information relating to health that you choose to include in the free-text field is processed only on the basis of the explicit consent you give by submitting the form; you are not required to include such information.

Sharing

Your data is stored only on the servers of the providers that host the website and store form submissions, and is not otherwise shared with third parties. It may be disclosed to competent public authorities where required by law.

Retention

Form submissions are kept for at most 12 months after your appointment request has been concluded, and are then deleted.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction, and to object to processing.
